Order Status

How can I view my order status?

  1. Click on “Track Order” in the top right-hand corner of the site.
  2. Enter your email address and order number and click “Track Order.”
  3. Once you click “View Order Status,” you will be directed to an “Order Details” page where you can find the summary of your order.
  4. Click on “Track Item” and you will be routed to the courier’s tracking page.

 

Will I receive notification when my order ships?

Yup! Once your package is shipped out, a tracking number will be sent via email.
