Yes, if the old window motor is still good and 100% working. You can use it with the new window regulator.

Good product for the price. Had to shorten one of the six mounting screws because of interference problems. The regulator would catch on the screw when going up. Note: mounting screws were not provided; had to use screws from the regulator that was removed.
