Dittos on 1st review for metal tabs and recrymp with channel locks. Not pretty, but they also loosen jar lids well.
My 1998 Town and Country Chiltons stated to tape the window up half way and take off the window quick disconnects to see if anything was binding. My motor was not completely dead, but had one place where it dragged, but just in one direction. Ditto on the cable assembly being critical. If you are careful, you will not have to "rethread" the cable as I did. Also in the process, the cable jumped off one of the runner pulleys. When assembled this way, window dragged (regulator bounces). So...uncoiled the cable, thread it correctly, then rewind. But after all that, worked like a charm.

Although the part fit in my 2000 Chrysler T & C van, I had difficulties removing the original motor from the vehicle. Additionally, I needed to go to the hardware store to purchase new Stainless Steel hardware to re-install the new motor. This added to my installation time but resulted in the proper installation and operation of the motor. The electrical connection was correct for the vehicle, so no issues there. The instructions provided with the motor were generic and intended to cover a wide market of products, however if I had followed the directions as indicated, it would have meant drilling holes in the interior side of the sheet metal door and going through major pain. It was just easier to "go it alone".
One major point that was NEVER discussed in the instructions was the fact that extreme care needs to be taken when removing and re-installing the lift cable take-up bobbin. It is under spring tension and MUST be installed in the exact same orientation as it was removed from the vehicle or the entire installation will not work. If you CAREFULLY remove the bobbin and reinstall it the same way, you should be good to go. Also, the original motor assembly has 3 crimped metal tabs that attach to the regulator assembly.. The instructions never mentioned that these need to be "opened up" with either a screwdriver or pliers and then to be "re-crimped" somehow to the original regulator assembly. I used a large 3-4" jaw channel-locks pliers to do the job. Not very pretty, but it did work.
I also noticed that the original Chrysler motor used yellow cad plated hardware (excellent for corrosion resistance) and the replacement motor uses nickel plated hardware. This will most certainly rust sooner than later.
Overall, the motor did work as advertised and connected electrically to the vehicle first time out. No major complaints. Install time including a trip to LOWE'S for the stainless Steel screws, nuts, lockwashers and rubber washers was about 2-1/2 - 3 hours.
