I ordered four wheels. Packaging was ok, they were individually boxed. When my wheels arrived, there were only three. I contacted customer service and they helped me with the order, made sure I got the 4th wheel and even assured that I would get a small rebate due to the extra time it took to get the last wheel. The customer service representatives were very professional and helpful with each call I made. I am pleased with my purchase. Wheels are just as described. Time wasn’t an issue for me but the last wheel did arrive about 14 days after purchase. I gave them five stars, because although there were problems, <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> went above and beyond to make the purchase, right.
