Best Answer:Hi Greg, I'm glad to assist you. The lower valance is textured finish and unpainted with the CAPA. The part number REPF017516 is the same finish, textured and unpainted as well. The difference only is the CAPA certification with yellow sticker on the part. There is no difference physically. The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) was created by automobile insurance companies to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability and consistent quality of aftermarket automotive parts meeting or exceeding the OEM quality. However, for the non CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good and the same(factory OEM specifications) but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification in order to cut costs. Please click the link below to order the part.
