Best Answer:Hi Matthew, I'm glad to help you out. This is the stock valance that comes originally in a textured grained finish for the 2500 and 3500 HD models, it can be painted, but it would require a lot of sanding in the process for the paint to be absorbed. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
