The description says it will fit a 79 Chevy C-10 Custom Deluxe, 6 Cyl 4.1L. My original plug under the dash has 10 wires and this part has only 8 wires. That would not seem to be a correct part for my application?Nick 22May 12, 2024
Best Answer:Hi Victor, I'm glad to assist you. It is because this turn signal switch is without the cruise control function. You probably need the one with cruise control (an 8-prong terminal). Upon checking, we do not have another switch option that has a 10-prong terminal to match your truck.
