What do the symbols mean?A shopperFeb 20, 2021
Best Answer:Hi, The button at the top is for traction control on and off. A Neutral position indicator for the letter N. The second button is for the drivetrain 4WD /AWD and the bottom button is for 4low--When in 4Lo, your truck is sending torque to all four wheels, but in the low range. 4Lo is best used on slippery surfaces. This can mean rain, sand, or even mud. While in 4Lo, your truck doesn’t get as much traction, but way more torque. 4Lo is also best used while driving at slower speeds (under 40 mph) and should be used if you need to “crawl” through a slippery surface. It’s also beneficial when you need more power for pulling heavy loads at slower speeds or climbing steep grades. You can also check your owner's manual for these functions for your reference.

Transfer Case Switch - Direct Fit, Sold Individually
Perfect Replacement for a 2005 Suburban 1500 LT AWD
This review if for information about the transfer case switch that is listed for the 2004 Tahoe All Wheel Drive. I want to share that it also fits the 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 that is All Wheel Drive. The switch supports the Stabil-A-Track feature that is part of the all wheel drive and apparently uncommon. The issue that I was having was that my switch would illuminate a red light on the switch however I never saw an indicator come up on the HID display of the instrument cluster. The result is that the switch fit perfectly in my 2005 Suburban LT 1500 and it removed the issue of the red light. I hope that others who may have a vehicle not shown to be compatible with this switch to be able to find my review and know that it should fit nicely in their vehicle.
