Best Answer:Hi Susan, As per checking, this is not compatible with your given vehicle application(as per our catalog listing). You can actually call ACDELCO-800.223.3526 (Hours: M-F, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST) to ask and confirm fitment as well. The part number is 84108377. I did double check the fitment and it seems it would work with the 2021 with VIN letter # and A for the gasoline engine and number 1 for the diesel engine. I received the AC Delco OEM controller for my 2017 GMC Canyon. I popped out the blank cover in the dash to look for the plug. I couldn’t find it anywhere. After opening up the left kick panel I found the capped 4 wires from the pre-installed trailer kit. Is there a pigtail available that connects to the actual Delco Controller?  What is the order number? Thanks.Hartmut L.Mar 08, 2021
Best Answer:Hi Hartmut, If your vehicle does not have the built in integrated brake controller originally, you will need to have that rewired to connect to the plug on the lower kickpanel portion. Please check with your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for that procedure. As per checking, unfortunately, we do not carry a trailer brake controller wiring harness connector or pigtail.
