Usually very satisfied.
Satisfied withparts. BUT They were finally delivered last week and we were able to get everything changed yesterday. As of right now things appear to be good. I still have to get an appointment for an alignment. My biggest upset is that this order was made September 28th and I just got a necessary part last week. Then I get a notice about my 30 day return policy on my parts. I have to say carports did send out replacements after helping to try and track down the parts which disappeared in Houston.
