Combined with a K&N intake, it made absolutely no difference in performance or MPG.

It took 25 min. to install on my 2003 F-150. I felt the difference rite away. Great product. I haven't noticed an increase in fuel economy yet, but i did get bigger and heavier tires. It probably evened everything out.
