You may use any courier and make sure to keep the tracking number as proof of return. Once we receive the part, our Accounting Department will credit the amount to the card you used to purchase which would take about 3-5 business days to process. Your banking institution will take another 3-5 business days to post the amount back to your card. i have a 2004  chevy 1500 2wd base  my rack seems to have some play in it yours say all about fit and new seals but nothing about if they are worn or checked or fixed during the reman process from having extra play in them?John U.Aug 02, 2021

Best Answer:Hi Marc, I'm pleased to assist you. The return of the core to us has always been on the customer's expenditure. You can use the cheapest courier. You must use the exact same box in which your replacement part was received. Your core cannot be damaged, but only “non-working” or not usable because of failure. Damaged cores will not receive credit. Fluids must be drained. Call our Returns Desk at 1-866-529-0412 and select Option #3. Ask for an RMA number and instructions on returning your core. Once you have an RMA number, simply mail the core back to the address provided along with a copy of your original receipt within sixty (60) days.
