BE CAREFUL OF AFTER-THE -FACT RULES
The new unit was fine but the core return policy SUCKS! When preparing to return the core, I got to read on line the RULES that had not been expressed before. I did not have the email receipt that you were supposed to have sent and I had already written on the original box to identify the item. Since only the original box WITHOUT ANY WRITING was acceptable, I am eating the core. THANKS!
