Best Answer:Hello! That depends on the air pressure used in them, but I wouldn't expect them to raise your vehicle more than an inch.

Rear, Driver And Passenger Side Max-Air Series Air Shock
The shock absorbers installed easy. The problem is that the placement of the air input either is 2 inches from the exhaust pipe or when turned 180 degrees, is 2 inches from the frame. I had to run more air hose than I wanted so as not to put a kink in the line.
