This is going to be a very detailed review as I feel everyone should know to start this oil pump is a great pump..... given that it is built properly! What I mean with that is I originally ordered this pump and installed it in my new build only to find out that the gear shattered due the pump being built wrong... there is two gears inside one large and one small both of these have notches on them for alignment purposes that were not aligned properly on of the gears was install upside down causing the gears to not work together and shatter they did send me another pump free of charge thankfully but yet again that new pump they sent the second time blew the oil pump seal only to find out that the seals they are putting in these pumps are backward directional the arrows are going left and oem spec seals go right even if you were to buy and aftermarket gasket and build kit the seal goes in rightward direction thankfully I had a rebuild kit with a new correct seal and a new gasket the last thing I like to say is the gasket provided is bible paper thin and I highly suggest not to use it and I recommend disassembling your pump to inspect the gears and seals are in correct order the pump works great I packed it with petroleum before installing and it worked like a charm after all the corrections I had to take my motor apart 3 times for this and I’m not happy about it there’s a lot of improvement needed on this specific part I wish I could get a refund but I doubt that’s possible
