What is the oil pressure bypass valve setting on the UPF48R filter? I have heard it is 22psi on a forum but I can't find ANY TECHNICAL SPECS on this particular filter which explain its bypass valve setting psi.Nathan J.Feb 21, 2022
Best Answer:Hello! I cannot find any reference to an integrated pressure bypass valve either. Some filters have a built in valve that prevents oil from draining out of the filter when the engine isn't running, but doesn't effect the pressure.
