Part didn't fit and the rep only suggested I send it back and buy a more expensive part...and pay for shipping again. Apparently there is a difference on American and Japanese built units though I was sure I ordered the correct part. Anyhow, I made it work but, had to pay someone to alter the part to fit. Very disappointed in representative's response and the fact that I would have had to pay for shipping AGAIN if another was ordered. Should have offered to send another (even a more expensive part) without shipping cost. Hate to say it but other parts sites I've use wouldn't have re-charged second shipping fees. Thanks for the offer of the survey.
