This textured type requires a bit more work if you plan to have this painted (the paint shop has to smoothen the textured finish still). I had purchased this mirror to replace one I had already replaced after meeting tree #2 a year ago. Replacement mirror #1 must have been a different brand becasue although this mirror gets the job done, matches the other one and was easy to put on, the slight wavy non-glass reflection took some getting used too. Not a problem I had before.
