Good quality and looks the same as the OEM one. The installation is super easy, just follow the youtube video that you could find, they are very straightforward.
One big plus is the cover is made of the same internal and external shape. My Mirror was off but the cover was undamaged. So I popped it off and used it to replace the all black cover this mirror had -- perfectly fits in, so no need for painting.
Taking one star off because the mirror vibrates a little compared to the OEM ones, but it doesn;t bother me too much.
