Good fit, just not exact replacement
good mirror, just that my original mirror had the turn signal in the mirror, i was going to remove that cover off my old mirror, but the new mirror's wiring harness didn't support the turn signal so i just left it.

Decent Product
The mirror was almost an exact match. I say almost because the mirror itself was a tad bit smaller than stock. The great thing was the rest of the fit was dead on and I was able to swap the body colored outside cover from my stock mirror since I still had it. I said a con was the lack of instructions, but luckily I had a F-150 manual on hand and with that the swap was very easy. Also the motor seemed a little slower than the stock motor, but not a problem since you don't move the mirror once it is set. The hardest part was fishing the control cables through the door panel, but this was overcome easily by using a coat hanger. I would recommend this product over the $185 Ford price tag.
