Fair replacement with some vibration at interstate speeds
The mirror looks very similar to the factory version. The signal and power fold work well so far (have only had it installed for 3 days). I haven't needed to try the defrost function yet.
Unfortunately the mirror glass insert does vibrate a fair amount at interstate speeds. I looked at my passenger side (factory) versus this one when traveling, and the stability difference is obvious. When you manually press on the top edge of the glass, this after-market version has a lot more give than the factory version. It seems that the tilt mechanism inside the housing is much more loose than the factory mirrors are. For the price difference I guess I'll live with it. Just had higher hopes is all.
