metal liftgate handle should last a while...
(Second time I've had to replace the broken plastic liftgate handle.) The product was shipped and delivered promptly. The handle assembly did not fit exactly at first due to an imprecise bend in the metal bar, causing a bolt to be misaligned. Had to straighten the bend before a proper fit and installation. After installation, the handle functions properly. Let's see how long the metal handle lasts...
