Part missing from delivery and them not resent for five days.
I can not comment on the parts I ordered as I have only received one of the two ordered and paid for. I called immediately and sorted this out six days ago. I was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 to 48 hours and heard nothing until today. I called your customer service and was told the part that was originally ordered two weeks ago and was not sent in the initial shipment, was not prepared for shipping until yesterday, five days later. I understand that mistakes happen, but in my business I make extra sure to take care of them, not to let the issue fester. Consider this a review of your service and not the part purchased.
