Relatively easy to put in except for a snug clearance on the left side where the two hooks engage under the door panel. The top side is not as high as the OEM part, but does cover enough of the door panel to be usable. This was the only one I could find in beige without a door lock hole. The picture supplied is upside down. The action on the unit is smooth, and feels solid. A "lifetime"warranty is a dubious claim since by the time it breaks in several years I will have no idea where I bought it.

Ordered part arrived and was relatively easy to switch. Went through the steps I thought would be involved so I knew what was going on before working in tight spaces. Color was a good match.
I order often online and was a little surprised that there was not email confirmation of the purchase. Other than that everything was fine.
