Product Q&A

My key suddenly wouldn’t turn to start and was stuck difficult to remove.  Investigation reveals the lock cylinder will not turn for unknown reasons.  Behind it is the switch with the usual slotted switch that can be turned with a slot screwdriver but when turned will turn the motor over but it will not start.  Is this an anti theft design and if so can I buy a new lock cylinder only.  This is ab2003 element a work truck if you will.   Thanks in advance. ?David H.Nov 03, 2021

Customer Reviews

This was a great replacement for a worn out 16 year old key cylinder. The price was 600.00 less than the part my mechanic could find and he was happy to put it in. This works great in my 2003 Honda Element.
