The sensors are located on the opposite sides of the vehicle in the duct next to the air filter. P2199 Code: Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1/2 CorrelationThe diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2199 indicates “Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1/2 Correlation.”
The PCM will log a P2199 code if it detects a large discrepancy between the voltage signals sent by different IAT sensors.
P0111 Code: Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit Range / Performance (Bank 1)The sensor 1 portion of the code applies to vehicles that have multiple IAT sensors. Bank 1 points to the side of the engine opposite the #1 cylinder.
