Upon checking, this is compatible with the 2017 Volkswagen GTI Sport 4 Cyl 2.0L. Please check first the area where this is to be attached if cutting of muffler or removal of fascia is necessary. The hitch is usually attached to the chassis of the vehicle and for this type, there is no drilling required. There may be other parts that you would need as this comes With Pin And Clip but the Ball And Ball Mount are Sold Separately.
