Our goal is that your order is processed in less than 24 hours. Multi-unit and bulky items sometimes take longer due to preparation and packaging requirements.

All the delivery dates shown on our product pages and in your tracking updates are our best estimates. Remember, we only ship from Monday to Friday, and we take a little break on holidays and weekends.

Here's a quick guide on when your package will arrive:

• Orders shipped on Monday will typically arrive between Thursday and the following Monday.
• Orders shipped on Friday are expected to arrive by the following Wednesday to Friday.
• If your order ships on Wednesday and the estimated delivery falls over the weekend, look for it to arrive by the following Monday or Tuesday.
