Post-Purchase: If you’ve purchased a product from CarParts.com within the past thirty (30) days and want us to retroactively match or beat a competitor price for the same product, please fill out the form below and we’ll work with you to issue a credit for the difference

Our ability to price match is subject to the following limitations:

The product MUST be made by the same manufacturer.
The product MUST have the same manufacturer part number
The product MUST be in stock, brand-new, and available to ship.
The product MUST be currently advertised by a competitor at the price you want matched.
If the price match request is for a product you've already purchased from CarParts.com, the purchase must have been made within the past thirty (30) days. You must provide an original sales receipt for the purchase.
Shipping costs and handling fees MUST be included in the final total cost of the price match.
Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions offered by us.
Price matching does not apply to rebates, employee discounts, liquidations, Amazon listings, auction sites such as eBay, membership-based retailers, or pricing offered by competitors to wholesalers.
Price matching is only available to individuals (not companies) and is for the retail price charged to consumers for a single unit of the relevant product (i.e., excludes orders subject to volume-based discounts).
Price matching only applies to orders shipped to destinations located in the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico).
While we try our best to price match every product possible, we reserve the right to do so in certain instances. For example, we reserve the right to limit the amount of price match requests per customer, to not honor a price match where we believe there is fraud or an otherwise inaccurate product listing, and to exclude certain product categories such as wheels and tires at our sole discretion. CarParts.com, Inc. also reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a particular retailer is a competitor for the purposes of this price match guarantee.
