And based on the Toyota OE numbers, these headlights are only compatible with the 2010-2011 Prius. The bulbs are not included as an option since you can transfer the old good bulbs to this new headlight assembly. You can order the bulbs separately as well with us or locally if ever we do not carry the bulbs.

Replacement Prius headlights
I bought new headlights for my Prius and i am extremely pleased, the old ones were showing their age, I cleaned them a number of times and it helped but still not satisfied. A deer ran into the fender and mirror so while replacing both parts from CarParts I bought 2 new headlights, it’s incredible how well they work, I can see at night again. The new headlights make the car look new, very satisfied.
