This review is more about <a href="http://CarParts.com" target="_blank">CarParts.com</a> and their customer service than the part itself. When I received these two boxes, they had shipped from two different warehouses, but arrived on the same day. Upon opening the box for the driver's side headlight, it was abvious that this was a used part. It was dirty, scratched, rusty and was not packaged like the passenger side light. I called customer service to report this after taking pictures and video. The representative was very understanding, and got a replacement sent to me immediately.
