I posted an earlier vary low review. I'm pleased to post that I was contacted by a service rep, who was able to expedite a replacement head light. While waiting, I tried to adjust the height using a impact driver,. My first attempt did not achieve an improvement. My second attempt was successful. There seems to have glue or some other form of interference. My headlight is now pointing down the road. Cheers to the service team.
