I’m at the mechanic shop. The replacement light assemblies I bought from PartsGeek which are specifically for my 2011 Audi A3 TDI, are not compatible with my car at the socket. The light assemblies are brand new, yet do not work because the socket’s base design is different than the light assembly mounting. I gave my VIN number, too, prior to purchase, and the light assemblies they sent are not compatible. I would like to buy the left drivers side light assembly from you. I can send you a photo of what the light socket mounting looks like. Customer service and delivery issues
In my opinion, the experience of buying from the site is excellent, but dealing with customer service was absolutely unsuccessful, because whenever I called them, I wasn’t able to fully hear them clearly because they had the tv on the background playing loud, or they had their kids in the room with them, so I don’t think it’s Professionnel, especially when I’m trying to resolve an issue. Also delivery time, I believe that the carparts should emphasize on the delivery time with its delivery partners whether it’s UPS, FEDEX or whomever they do business with. My experience was bad, because I was supposed to receive my product on Monday, and I didn’t and when I called customer service, I was assured that it will arrive on next day Tuesday, and then told again it will arrive on Wednesday, and Thursday, and Friday. That’s not really a good way to keep customer coming back to do business with the company, it’s not an efficient way of handling business, and customer service should have better training.
