Unbelievably excellent company, no castles or nonsense
I originally thought that my package was not delivered, and contacted customer service. My claim was handled professionally without a hitch and the item was re-ordered. While eating for item to arrive my neighbor knocked and stated he received my first order as the FedEx person was frightened by my dogs. He accepted the package and locked it in his vehicle. He was called away for COVID-19 training. The second package arrived, FedEx worker would not return package, informed me to contact the sender to make arrangements to return second package.
