Is this a headlight bulb or a fog light bulb? The description on your site says it is a headlight bulb but I don't think it will fit my 2009 Highlander hybrid as a headlight bulb due to the connector on the base.HAROLD H.Oct 17, 2020

The H11 bulb type is being used today for headlights on most modern vehicles. This can also be used for a fog light application. The standard bulb type for your vehicle for low and high beam is a 9003 halogen bulb type.
