The original Ford F-250 grill shipped was damaged. I used their on line reporting feature and uploaded pictures of the grill damage. Within 20 minutes I was told a new grill was on the way and to dispose of the damaged grill. I received the new grill in a few of days. The fit was excellent as were the two replacement head lights I ordered for the truck. Good customer service is what you always hope for but seldom receive in on line orders. CarParts has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. And the parts were correct and fit as well as the OEM parts they replaced. I will most certainly use them again.
