1988 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer-- The inside of the tank is my concern.. does your tank have the tube from the fill hole directing the fuel from the gas station fuel pump to the bottom of the gas tank?  Most importantly.. does the tank have the basket and the receiver hole bracket at the bottom of the tank that holds the fuel pump in place?  I'm asking because I bought a new tank that does not have either of those oem designs and though it hold gas just fine.. the fuel sender will never work properly.  Thanks.Paul B.Feb 10, 2023
