This is just the passenger side fog light lens and housing. The bulb is not included.

You asked me to review parts for a car I don't own.
I gave a 3 star review because your message was not for my car. I have a 2000 Safari van and purchased window motors for my Van. You asked me to review fog lamps for a 2007 Toyota 4runner and as you can see I don't have a Toyota. Your system has problems. But I will a complete a review after I install these new parts for my Safari Van.
