FEDEX DROPPED AND FLED
Superb service, fast ship, acceptable price. Shipped FedEx (buyer supposed to open and inspect item before signing for item. FedEx delivered at door step and left .. no opportunity to open, inspect or sign for fender. Took item to mechanic for install -- opened box and both ends of fender damaged in shipping. Made repairs and installed the fender notwithstanding damage. Perfect fit with minor modifications for damage. Reported situation to <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> --- (NOTING ESPECIALLY THAT I WAS NOT SEEKING REFUND OR TO RETURN THE ITEM, only to make seller aware of NO INSPECTION OPPORTUNITY when delivered) --- by REPLY TO THEIR EMAIL/Text stating fender delivered damaged and no opportunity to inspect -- FEDEX driver dropped at door and left without customer interaction or opportunity to inspect. Received NO REPLY whatsoever from SELLER.
