This part is just barely OK. It does fit, but it it WAY inferior to the original part it replaced. It was shipped all rolled up in a ball, so I had to lay it out in the sun for like an hour until it "relaxed" enough so it could be installed. The mounting holes appear to line up OK, but there were fewer than there were on the old part. It remains to be seen how it will reflect water under the car when driving in the rain. Shipment was received quickly enough, but it was all balled up in a box.
