This part comes close to OEM fit and quality. The only problem I found was that the opening for the outside temperature sensor was too small for the sensor on my 2000 323Ci. I had to enlarge the opening slightly (about 1/8") before the sensor would fit.

Part works great and fits perfectly. It serves the exact same function as the OEM part. Only drawback is that from up close you can tell that this part is aftermarket.
But, at less than half the price of the OEM part, this is a WIN WIN for me.
