You will need mounting bolts or screws with big washers on it. Also, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. The fender liner splash shields is the part on top of the wheel on each side and same plastic material in black.

What you want to know.
I got this is a combo not just one. They came separate though. One was folded in half and put in a box. The other was not folded in half but not flat either. They are a little thinner material than OEM thus the folding. They are a perfect match for the OEM parts that came off.
