You will have to measure the existing driveshaft because there are at least 3 sizes for the automatic transmission of the 2004 Toyota Tacoma. They are 55-5/16 inches, 73-3/8 inches, and 121.9 inches. First Gen taco owner here (2002 Extended Cab, TRD OR 4wd, auto trans) This will solve your driveline vibration issues. Works perfectly. If you need the nuts that connect to the t-case you need to order them from your local Toyota dealer, Toyota 90179-11005. They are proprietary.
