What a Fantastic Deal!
Payed only $19.71 for this window. Shipping was about $30 but who cares. I had a hard time finding one on the internet and was expecting I was going to have to pay hundreds to get one from the dealer, have it custom made, or pull one from a junk yard. It came later than promised, but I ordered on a Saturday, was promised to receive on Monday, but I knew that was impossible. Got it Friday and popped it right in. It fit perfect in my 2002 Grand Cherokee Special Edition. Maybe took 1-2 hours to install, but most of time was cleaning up glass from the old window that shattered. I cut a new water barrier out of some thick plastic sheet I got from hardware store and used duct tape to seal it in. No additional road noise noticed through the door. The old rubber barrier disintegrated.

There is always room for improvement
Could not access the part locally, forced to go online. Part was great, price was the selling point. Tried to change delivery address with customer service the day after I made the order. I was convinced I was successful buut the tequest to chsnge the shipping address went unfulfilled. Minor inconvenience. Could be more receptive to a customers nneeds. I will be ordering parts from you again. Not easy to access parts. Stuff i can't resource locally. Thanks guys. Job is done and that's what matters.
