The states that have adopted the California standards are: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico (2011 model year and later), New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, as well as the District of Columbia.

Product was received in a timely manner. The only issue i found during the install was the new bolts that were provided were larger than the existing holes where it bolts to. The original bolts are what i call drive bolts (they have ridges towards the head side to keep them from spinning) (you have to drive them in with a hammer or really tighten the nuts to pull them in. I was able to re-use the existing bolts and nuts in-lieu of drilling out the holes to fit the new bolts. Once installed, a 20 minute drive on the highway and the display cleared off the dash. Overall very pleased with the product.

Great replacement for OEM DPF.
Great replacement for OEM blutech DPf, bolts are a bit too big for use without drilling holes oversize, the unit is also about 1/2" shorter than oem, however, it fits-up fine, drove this unit 2000 miles across the country and it worked flawlessly. Definitely worth buying, shipping was fast and unit arrived in perfect condition.
