Hi. In ordering one of these dash covers, for a 1974 Chevy K5 Blazer base model, I recently experienced a problem with the smaller molded hole in the front for the metal plate and a/c vents.  It's about 1/4 in too small top/ bottom and left to right.  The opening size needed is 2-3/4"  x  30-1/4".  Could you measure the opening to be sure?  This would save a lot of time and frustration and maybe no return.  Thank you, John    S. Best Answer:Hi Susan, I'm glad to assist you. This fits the 1974 Chevy Blazer. I do not see a K5 model in the year 1974. If this is similar to the regular Blazer model, then this is a guaranteed fit. You may have to call a Chevy dealership to confirm the model if the part is common or the same for the dash cover. We do not have those measurements readily available, however.
