Dash cover. Very pleased start to finish.
I had a very good experience. The initial support was great as they USPS mailed out color swatches for me to compare to the existing dash. I ordered it and received it within a week as advertised. The shipping box was extremely durable and protected the dash cover. The dash cover is very well made and quite nice looking and durable. I honestly can't believe this was only $206.00. Looks Great; Almost-Perfect Fit; Two-Person Installation
First, for the positive. After installation, it looks great. From a distance, you would never know it wasn't the original dash. Looks so much better than the original, which was cracked, gummy, discolored, etc. Installation was relatively easy, although the car's design made it hard to reach the part that goes up against the windshield -- this really required two people. Also, I had to make some wooden wedges to apply pressure to the curved parts of the dash -- without these, the contact wouldn't have been quite right. I let the adhesive set for ~24 hours, and it made a secure bond. The side-to-side fit was quite good, and the coverage was excellent -- you can't see any of the old dash. I'd have to say it's a 100% improvement. Now for the not-quite-so-good. While the overall fit was excellent, the cutouts for the side air vents and the climate control sensors were not so good. The vents were off by about 1/8"; not much, but since the vent holes are only about 2" in diameter, the off-location is noticeable. And the climate control sensor cutouts were off by about 1/4". I was surprised at these errors, because the fit was otherwise so good. But despite these minor complaints, overall I am very satisfied. And my car (which is in pristine condition) went from looking shabby to looking like new.

Dash cover finish durability is substandard.
Part arrived quickly, fit was excellent, however; the major concern is with the part color durability. It scratched extremely easily during install. The Dark Gray came off and showed black plastic underneath. The expectation was a dark gray plastic part vice a black one painted to the ordered color. Considering this part was ordered to replace the cracked dash on my Solara not sure how long it will be before the paint starts flaking off. Overall, I am not satisfied with the finish durability.
