Excellent value, looks great, tricky to install
After 35 years the sun had done a number on my dashboard. I'd tried the goo which did fill the cracks but it never looked right (basically it filled the texture).
This product worked well for me. My dash was black (easy color to match) and it has a natural lip where this cap fit and you cannot see a seam.
This looks like the new one (great) but it is tricky to install. Basically it must cover the entire dash - I would recommend try to install it without damaging it first (without the glue). Then you might find places where the original dash can be cut to make the final fit better.
It is the kind of thing where the third or fourth you do will be better then the first - but how many cars with cracked dashes do you have?
Remember time and patients (do not try this at 4:30 on a saturday with a date that night).
