Close but not perfect
Similar to the OEM cat but not all the bolts line up for the heat shield and bottom bracket. I had to bolt the manifold to the block and the exhaust pipe before tightening the bottom bracket up, otherwise the bottom bracket would have pulled everything out of alignment. Two of the bolts on the heat shield don't line up. I'll have to bend the shield to get it to fit.
