Overwhelmed by the price and service!
Really quite remarkable service and pricing. 2 different local auto parts stores ordered the catalytic converter for my Solara and got it wrong and at twice the price. I went on line, found the right one at Carparts. Chatted with sales person who confirmed it. Called the next day. It was too late to get it shipped that day but the salesman expedited the shipment and got it out the next day. It fit like a glove. Very nice! Terrible company
Part was defective, when I installed the catalytic converter it was leaking. I contacted customer service several times and they told me that there is nothing they can do because es broke the part and they are not able to resell it because of that reason they can’t help me. What??? I have tried calling but never was able to reach anyone. They only talk through email..... don’t waste tour time with this company.
